Bring Family & Friends to Barbados!

Enjoy friends and family in a spacious beachfront villa on Barbados' beautiful south coast on the charming Cacrabank Beach, also known as Worthing Beach (just east of Accra Beach). Over 4000 square feet of comfortable indoor-outdoor living space featuring French doors opening to the patios on both levels from the bedrooms, outdoor BBQ, wet bar, and loungers for sunning yourself. Best of all is the beach and gentle sea, right outside.

Enjoy the Calm, Clear Azure Sea Right Outside Your Villa

Step onto your sugar-white Caribbean Sea beach and dive into the vast sparkling azure sea right outside, where you can boogie board, stand-up paddle, swim, and laze on the warm sand and in the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

Right in front of the villa is a reef that has created natural pools; at low tide these calm, shallow pools are ideal for toddler wading. The reef is about 100 ft wide and on both sides there is good swimming and paddling. The reef continues offshore about 50 feet, making for a terrific snorkelling experience.

There are two patios in this pretty property: One with wet bar, BBQ grill, loungers, and beach. Or retreat to the upstairs patio, partially covered, perfect for reading and napping or gazing upon the sea and beach.

Sleep, Perchance to Dream of Another Day in Barbados

After a day of beach activities and exploring the island, head to bed and let the gentle sounds of the sea lull you to sleep. You may sleep downstairs or up. Downstairs offers the master bedroom, with gorgeous sea views, AC, French door to the patio, walk-in closet, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathroom featuring a large bathtub and separate shower with marble tiling. The second downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, AC, built-in closet, ceiling fan, and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs are two air-conditioned loft bedrooms, one a king and the other with two twins. One bedroom has an ocean view and French doors to the upstairs deck; these bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Feeling lazy? Relax in the living room with cable TV, high-speed Internet, Netflix, and French doors leading to the downstairs patio.

Food? Not a Problem!

Dine out at some of the island's best restaurants: the famous Champers is half a kilometer west of the villa and Tapas, on the Boardwalk, is 1.5 km away. You can also walk to restaurants and night spots in the picturesque St Lawrence Gap, just half a kilometer east. Or dine at home with groceries purchased at Massy grocery, 400 meters from the villa, and prepared in your sunny, well-equipped kitchen. On Friday night you'll want to head to Oistins, 3 km to the east, for their famous Friday Night Fish Fry.

Two parking spaces ensure you'll always have a parking space when you return from exploring the island. The laundry room offers washer and dryer, always convenient to have on holiday, and you'll have housekeeping service each third day of your stay.

A dreamy vacation awaits. We invite you to bring your family or your closest friends to relax and enjoy the island known as the Jewel of the Caribbean: beautiful Barbados.

Fantastic Location on the South Coast of Barbados

Located in Worthing, Villa Benjamin is half a kilometer equidistance between one of the finest restaurants in Barbados - Champers - and the famous St Lawrence Gap with its many restaurants, beaches, and relaxed evening vibe. Villa Benjamin sits on a part of Worthing Beach called Cacrabank; Accra Beach (aka Rockley) is just west.

Villa Benjamin offers casual-Caribbean comfort and style that checks all the boxes: Beachfront? Check. Great for kids? With its shallow pools at low tide, even your toddler will be in baby heaven! Walkability? You bet. Transportation? Right outside. Space for eight? Absolutely; you're all most welcome!

What's Nearby Villa Benjamin

Follow the Coast Road west and north to the famous "Platinum Coast." Follow it east and you'll come upon the shops and restaurants in the St Lawrence Gap. A little further, just 1.5 km away, is Oistins where you can buy just-caught fish early mornings and dance to the music while you partake in the island's traditional Friday Night Fish Fry.

A bit farther east, about 2 km and farther, is fantastic surfing at Surfer's Point and farther east is pro-surfing country on the east coast of the island around Bathsheba.

Explore Island History & Fun

The island is 12 by 24 miles in size and lots of fun to explore: Inland you'll find the exotic Harrison Caves as well as the beautiful plantation home known as St Nicholas Abby, where today some of the island's best rum is made. You'll find windmills and you'll drive past sugar cane fields and churches and rum shops galore. You'll find the locals are friendly and the food divine. If you love to get to every corner of a place, drive to the northernmost point in St Lucy parish; there you'll find dramatic cliffs and exciting sea cave (accessible on days when the sea is calm) at the Animal Flower Cave. Stay for lunch; it's excellent.

On your exploration, you may come find yourself on the East Coast of the island, which is much as it was 100 years ago: rustic and beautiful, with the mighty Atlantic Ocean crashing upon the shoreline. Again, there are fantastic places to dine: in addition to great food, Round House and Atlantis Hotel offer sensational views of the sea.

When you return to your villa, tired and happy and well-fed, you'll relax on your own beach as you recount the fun of the day and make plans for tomorrow. As active or as relaxed as you wish, we'll send you home with a smile and a fine suntan.

A warm welcome,
Jane Shattuck
